Situated in a tranquil position (away from public roads) within its own 80 acres of rolling countryside & woodland, this is an idyllic holiday hideaway for exploring the wilds of Exmoor, North Devons dramatic coast line and historic market towns (Barnstaple) and harbours (Lynton & Lynmouth).

Three double bedded rooms (two with en-suite bathrooms, one with private bathroom). One twin room with en-suite bathroom. Two family rooms (double bed & two single beds) with en-suite bathrooms.

This beautiful Medieval Farmhouse, with quality en-suite bedrooms, still retains many of its original features; oak panelling & beams, fireplaces with bread ovens, uneven floors & low doorways! Facilities include a tennis court, sauna, games room, a flock of sheep lambing in spring and Devon Wildlife farm walk with abundant wildlife & panoramic views. A walkers and bird watchers paradise!
