Situated in Kingswear where all is within walking distance and Dartmouth itself is just a short walk and ferry ride away. Kingswear is situated opposite Dartmouth across the river. It offers sailing ,walking ,beaches two pubs , a hotel , village shop, post office and local church. Dartmouth with its historic tudor buildings offers wonderful shops , many Art Galleries, restaurants including the famous New Angel and Mitch Tonks’ fish restaurant The Sea Horse. It is home to The Dartmouth Naval College which at certain times of the year is open to the public. . If you are looking for a relaxing comfortable break then Kingswear and Brightwater House can give it to you. Off street Parking is available at Brightwater House.

At Churscombe Cross Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A380 - signposted Ring Road, Brixham
At Tweenaways Crossroads continue forward onto the A3022 - signposted Brixham Turn left onto the A3022, at traffic signals turn right onto the A3022 - signposted Dartmouth
Turn right onto the A379, at Hillhead roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A379 - signposted Dartmouth

Arrive on Higher Contour Road, drive up the hill passing Kaywana Hall on left and straight on for approximately ½ mile where road splits take the higher road and drive for approximately 200 yards and Brightwater House is on the right .Park off street in car parking area.
