Situated in a beautiful and fertile valley, or Combe, on the western edge of Exmoor National Park, Combe Martin lies at the centre of some of North Devon’s most spectacular coastal scenery. The village is located by the sea and is on the South West coastal path and within easy reach of wonderful sandy beaches, the wild countryside of Exmoor National Park and many other attractions.
This late Victorian guest house is in the heart of Combe Martin and offers our guests the re-assurance of having been inspected by the English Tourist Board gaining a 4 star rating. All rooms are well appointed with en-suite facilities, colour television and most have either coastal or country views. Parking? No problem, we have our own large car park.

Turn off the M5 at J27, and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple. After 20 miles you’ll reach a roundabout on the junction of the A361 and A399. Turn right onto the A399 sign posted to Combe Martin.
Continue along this road for 15 miles through the scenic Exmoor countryside to wind your way down to Combe Martin village. Drive right through the village, past the beach and we are approximately a further 350 yards along on the left hand side.
