Enjoying peace and tranquillity, the cottages are surrounded by pasture land and benefit from beautiful views of the rolling Devon countryside with Dartmoor in the distance. The English Riviera of Torbay and the magical golden beaches of South Devon's coastline are nearby.

Directions

From the M5 at Exeter follow the A380 signposted to Torquay. At the first roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway, take the right hand exit signposted A381 to Totnes. Follow this road through Newton Abbot, keeping on the A381 to Totnes. Follow this road to Ipplepen, and continue until you see a sign for Ipplepen Business Park and Animals in Distress Centre. Turn right at this point into Edgelands Lane and follow this lane for approximately 500 yards until you reach a T junction at Bilver Cross. Turn left here and follow the lane for 0.9 mile. When you see some cottages on the right, keep straight on, do not fork to the right. Approx. 0.5 mile after these cottages, you will see the entrance to Newhouse Barton ahead of you on a sharp left hand bend. Please do not use a GPS system, as this will not bring you to the right property.
