There is a decked and lawned garden to the side and rear of the property from which there are superb river views and over to Kingswear. Outside: To the rear and side is a pretty enclosed garden with lawn, decking, outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Parking: Annual ticket provided for town car park (unreserved). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.
