The property has a private slipway, jetty and moorings and has stunning, waters edge, uninterrupted views of the main anchorage and East Portlemouth. Approached via passageway from Whitestrand. Landing: bright area with velux lights, pull down single bed (2’9") and pull out double sofa bed. Bedroom 2: twin beds (3’) or by arrangement 6’ superking bed. Separate WC. Outside: Jetty, tidal slipway and running mooring by separate arrangement. Outdoor furniture. BBQ. First floor decked balcony, outdoor furniture. Second floor decked balcony, outdoor furniture. All with wonderful views.
