From Sitting area, door to Utility area: washing machine, tumble dryer. Cloakroom: basin, WC.

Stairs to First floor. Large mezzanine Sitting Room: feature room with vaulted beamed ceiling, one side galleried, TV, DVD, double doors to Juliette balcony. Bedroom 2: two single pine framed beds. En-suite bathroom: bath with Victorian style hand held shower, basin, bidet, WC.
