The museum offers a glimpse into all facets of village life in a farming community. Displays range through occupations, dress, village school life and home concerns to sports and pastimes. Exploration and understanding of the exhibits is greatly facilitated by Guides knowledgeable in the local history of the area. Railways, airplanes together with motor transport form prominent features in our collections as does militaria from both world wars.
