    Site of the ruins of the largest castle in Devon. Includes the Norman motte and the keep's jagged remains.

    The 'last castle to be built in England', set above the Teign Gorge with dramatic views over Dartmoor

  • 13th century tower on 12th century motte inside a bailey. It was later used as a much feared prison
