Fitzford Cottages - Tavistock ::

The copper and tin mining boom of the mid 1800s brought a flood of miners and their families to Tavistock. The population nearly tripled in 20 years.
Located along the Taviistock Canal, Fitzford Cottages where built by the Duke of Bedford to accommodate the new workers.
