Situated in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Appledore a stones throw from Irsha Street, this recently refurbished and equipped terrace cottage has lovely views over the village and Rivers Taw and Torridge spanning out across to Braunton Burrows and Instow. A short stroll to the quayside and numerous family pubs serving good food, shops, restaurants and galleries all close by. Enjoy the bygone village era and watch the fishing boats bring in their catch or take the 20 minute walk to Westward Ho!, with its two miles of golden sandy beach and Northam Burrows Country Park. There is much to see and do in North Devon with popular attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Watermouth Castle and Dartington Crystal. In the evenings, relax on the enclosed decking with seating and views, or enjoy a meal in one of the local pubs.

The accommodation has original wooden floors throughout and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with lovely sea views, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: luxurious, with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/diner: large, with TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 and patio doors to decking area. Kitchen: well-equipped, with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden area. Amenities: roadside parking sometimes available just outside the property or public car park 100 metres. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi internet available. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach under 1 mile. South-West Coast Path, shops and pubs all in easy walking distance.
