Enchanting Devonshire character cottage build in 1700’s, in conservation area. The cottage is very well maintained, well equipped with a high standard of cleanliness. We offer our guests comfortable accommodation in a very convenient location. Fantastic views over Dartmouth & the River Dart. The cottage is only a couple of minutes walk down to the river embankment & town, shops, restaurants and bus stops (the walk back up may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties). A short walk to the South West Coastal path. Delightful lounge/dining room incorporating fully equipped kitchen and large pine dining table. Family bathroom & en-suite cloakroom. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Gas central heating. Secluded patio area with table & chairs. Ideal for eating alfresco & enjoying the wonderful views of the river and town. A friendly dog is allowed. One parking permit for Mayors Avenue Car Park and surrounding areas provided between May and October.
