Bedroom 1: double bed (4’6"), wooden floor, en-suite Shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: double bed (4’6"), single bed (3’), wooden floor, en-suite Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC. Cloakroom: basin, WC. Two half flights stairs to Bedroom 3: feature attic room, double bed (4’6"), single sofa bed, en-suite Shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.

Parking: annual season ticket for town car park (unreserved). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.
