Fir Tree

A rustic safari tent with a flickering log burner and a private balcony.

Set on the beautiful Seale-Hayne estate in South Devon, Fir Tree is a spacious safari tent that makes a unique setting for a family glamping experience. With an open plan design and access to the balcony, the living, kitchen and dining space is the kind of spot that makes you feel right at home as soon as you step inside.

Just imagine whiling away long lazy evenings watching the wood burner flicker while the breeze drifts in from outside, or sitting with that novel you’ve been meaning to finish on the private balcony while you take in the views. With plenty of outside space for the kids to let off steam, the safari tent’s perfect for that family break with a difference.

Dogs are as welcome as their owners, so you’ll be able to enjoy long walks on the Seale-Hayne grounds with your four-legged friend, and there’s something for every kind of visitor right on-site. You’ll find Hannah’s Bistro, art workshops and studios, a gallery and even a selection of wellbeing services for an additional charge…see, they’ve thought of everything.
