The Restaurant is offering a Table d ‘Hote menu Monday to Thursday and a la carte Friday and Saturday, all accompanied by an extensive wine list including offerings from local vineyards. Hugo, head chef, rightly argues that fresh, local ingredients are crucial, and he will be showcasing the region’s fantastic seasonal offerings throughout the year. Lydford Country House Restaurant now opens at lunch time with new exciting menus.
