A contemporary ground floor apartment at Slapton Sands.

Set in the peaceful village of Torcross, At The Beach offers a relaxing holiday destination while still having plenty in the local area to keep you entertained.

The apartments are accessed via an unmade road and are situated at the end of a 3 mile shingle beach where you will also find a cosy pub and cafes. The freshwater Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve is also close by and is perfect for spotting wildlife and birdwatching. Number 5 is a spacious and stylish ground floor apartment with views of the beach and Slapton Ley nature reserve from the living room bay window. Travel cots, high chairs and stairgates are available on request. A selection of complimentary hot drinks are provided upon your arrival.

Torcross was made famous as the training ground for US Army forces preparing for the D-Day invasion in World War II. An American Sherman tank which was lost at sea in 1944 and recovered in 1984, and memorials, stand beside the visitor parking area as a reminder of the lives that were lost. Dartmouth is a short drive away, as is Salcombe, and both offer a choice of fine restaurants, cafes, bars, unique shops and attractions. Slapton Sands beach is dog friendly all year round.
