A fine example of a holiday home with magnificent views over the estuary and the English Channel. Just a short walk from a clifftop footpath along the coast. A most attractive stone built house in a magical, amazingly peaceful setting- wake to the sound of the sea! From the house and its mature gardens there are superb views of the Salcombe Estuary and the English Channel. It is adjacent to the National Trust property, Overbecks, with easy access to the cliff walks to Bolt Head and beyond (the South West coastal path). A ferry runs from nearby South Sands to the town centre during the summer months. The property is approached by its own secluded drive and has ample parking. The property has recently been redecorated throughout.

Entrance Hall: Sitting Room: open fire, TV, DVD/CD, bay window with doors to garden. Kitchen/Dining Room: electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table to seat eight, digital radio and music centre for ipod and CD, door to garden. Shower Room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. Washing machine, tumble dryer located off hallway. Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom 1: double bed, French window to balcony area with gate, steps and path to garden. Bedroom 2: twin beds, vanity unit. Bedroom 3: bunk beds.
