Kitchen area is fully fitted, breakfast bar, built in oven/grill and double electric hob, microwave, fridge with icebox. Shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC. From sitting area ship style ’ladder’ to mezzanine Bedroom: double bed (4’6"). Outside: sunny decked terrace with sail awning.
Parking: Annual season ticket provided for town car park (unreserved).

One well behaved dog allowed at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £30 per week.
