Bedroom 1: overlooking garden, double bed (4’6"). Bedroom 2: twin beds (3’). Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, WC.

Outside: private paved terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ, adjacent to enclosed communal lawned garden with drying area. Ideal for children and pets.
