Le Papillon is a popular travellers hostel set in a quarter acre of land with a large car park and a big south facing garden ideal for sunbathing and with a BBQ area. All the rooms have wooden floors, wash basins and comfortable beds. The TV lounge has comfortable armchairs to rest after a busy day and free wireless Internet access. The breakfast room leads to the garden and on sunny day’s breakfast or dinner can be taken outside. The kitchen is large and well equipped and ideal for self-catering. There are 3 shower rooms + toilets, as well as 2 more separate cloak rooms Le Papillon is well suited for families as it is a small comfortable hostel situated in a quiet area. From Le Papillon it is only a 10 minute walk to reach the sea. Most of the fabulous sandy beaches around the bay are within easy reach As the English Riviera has one of the mildest climates on the British mainland, it allows you to have that Mediterranean feel while sitting around one of the many cafes, restaurants and pubs. Here you can indulge in one of the many water sports from sailing, diving, windsurfing and water skiing to a ride on the large Banana!! The newly erected wheel gives you fabulous views over Torquay's harbour and the Bay. From Le Papillon it is only a 15 minutes’ walk into the town centre with its many fashionable shops and restaurants, with the famous harbour nearby known for its many pubs and clubs.

ROOMS 4 TWO there are 3 large double and 1 twin bedroom as well as a 5 bed mixed dorm All the rooms have wooden floors , comfortable beds , wash basins , table and chairs 3 double bedrooms have a TV The rooms are large enough to put up 2 more beds if wanted as a family room SUMMER CABINS These wooden cabins have been converted into cosy double rooms with wash basin, hot and cold water, power points, heating and a patio with table and chairs PLEASE NOTE as the cabins are situated in a secluded part of the garden, showers and toilets have to be used in the main house The cabins are open from Aril - October

Le Papillon is situated in a quiet part of Torquay which allows for peaceful sleep , but is still close enough to be within walking distance to all amenities

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
