Kitchen area fully fitted with granite worktops, breakfast bar and stools, Belfast sink, electric Aga, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer. Utility/Shower room: fully stone tiled, Belfast sink, large shower cubicle with heated towel rail, power shower, views across town to estuary. Part glazed stable door to rear pathway (communal). Outside tap.

Stairs to First Floor. Bedroom 1: double bed (4’6"), window seat. Bedroom 2: twin beds (3’), window seat, flat screen TV/DVD, some views.

Parking: annual season ticket provided in long stay car park (unreserved).

Iron & ironing board, stairgate & dog water bowl. Two well behaved dogs allowed at the owners discretion at an extra £30 pw per dog.
