The late 19th century Elliot Terrace on Plymouth's Hoe. This is where the mayor, Waldorf Astor, and his wife Nancy Astor (the first woman MP) lived.
The terrace escaped the ravages of the Blitz and number 3 was donated to the people of Plymouth by Nancy before she died in 1964
